Oh my, here we go. Depending on your time zone, tonight/early morning tomorrow we have a full blood moon lunar eclipse. Eclipse seasons are known for bringing in waves of change (good or bad). Tonight’s is the first in a new eclipse season. Today, the ancestors are telling us to prepare for significant changes. There are so many different myths and superstitions for seeing a ring around the moon. Meteorologically, we know that it is ice crystals changing in the clouds around the moon. But spiritually the traditions and superstitions vary from weather forecasting, to warning of wolves gathering to divine portal openings, etc., etc.

We know change is coming and that is all we know for certain. With this being a blood moon, I suspect the Ancestors are warning us to beware. If you don’t know, one of the big myths of blood on the moon is that trouble is not far behind.

Sit with this card a moment, get the image in your head and close your eyes. If you can, picture the card in your mind’s eye and quiet your thoughts. See what messages come to you or just ask the Ancestors to tell you what change is coming.
